Platinum Energy Services is here to make managing your propane bills as simple as can be. We offer several payment plans to suit your household’s unique spending goals. Propane gas payment plans run each year from October to April. Contact Platinum Energy Services for more information about our propane gas payment plans.
Market Rate
Pay for your propane at the daily market rate.
Your propane gas from Platinum Energy Services will be delivered at our market rate on the day of your delivery. Market rates can fluctuate up or down on a daily basis. All customers default to this plan unless they enroll in one of the following plans below.
Market Rate Budget
Spread your annual propane costs into estimated monthly payments.
Spread your annual propane costs into 12 estimated monthly payments. We calculate your payment amount based on our estimated market rates. Your propane will be delivered and billed at our daily market rate on the day of delivery. This plan does not include price protection and is designed to reduce large winter bills.

Propane Fixed-Price Pay on Delivery
Pay on delivery with up to 10-day credit terms.
Instead of pre-paying for your annual propane supply, this plan allows you to pay for your propane gas as it is delivered with up to 10-day terms. Your delivered propane price will be locked into a fixed price between October and April. This plan requires a non-refundable deposit that is based on the number of gallons that are fixed. You must pay for the deposit at the time of enrollment. Contact us to enroll in a plan, or to ask our customer service representatives for more information.

Propane Fixed-Price Budget
Equal monthly payments with built-in price protection.
Our Fixed-Price Budget Plan gives you value by evenly spreading your payments over 12 months while allowing you to enjoy the benefits of a locked-in fixed price over the winter months. Fixed Price Protection provides delivery at a predetermined price, so it won’t go higher or lower during the winter. This plan requires a non-refundable deposit that is based on the number of gallons that are budgeted. Your predictable payments are based on your annual propane usage and include the non-refundable deposit. Propane Fixed-Price Prepay
Pay in advance for the best price.
Some customers prefer to prepay for their propane in advance in return for Platinum Energy Services’ lowest possible fixed price. Your propane gallons will be locked into a fixed price which will not change from October through April. This plan requires a non-refundable deposit that is based on the number of gallons that are pre-bought at the fixed rate per gallon. The deposit will be included in the prepaid amount due at the time of enrollment. Contact us to enroll in a plan, or to ask our customer service representatives for more information.
